Her wedding cake designs run the gamut from a Croquembouche -the French version of a wedding cake, which is a cone-shaped tower of profiteroles glazed with caramel ... yummy - to any design you can imagine.

Victoria prides herself on cakes that are flavor intensive and fabulous. She is known for her layering of flavors. Favorite flavors include a filling of hazelnut with white chocolate ganache or white chai tea blended with white chocolate and fresh blackberries..

Her beautiful fondant icing designs are amazing and achieved by molding the fondant to look like fruits, flowers, seashells, ribbons, bows, or the pattern of your wedding dress.
