Over the past 8 years, Colin Cowie has used Cindy Loon's fresh and contemporary invitation designs for the events that are nearest and dearest to his heart. These events include fabulous weddings, themed parties, beach BBQ’s and anniversary dinners. She has created invitations for Colin Cowie's events ranging from giant worldwide parties, to an intimate gathering for a few close friends.
Loon + Co has a distinct, sophisticated, yet modern approach to invitation designs. She uses the finest of materials; including anything from exquisite, heavy card-stocks, to more unconventional elements like a hardbound book or a mirrored invitation. Beautiful printing techniques include engraving, embossing, foil stamping, letterpress and offset printing.
Each invitation that she designs, tells a story. She has a knack for knowing what the client wants right from the start. An invitation for a destination wedding began when the couple wanted to capture the feeling of Capri, Italy. She researched the island and found a color palette and texture that resembled the cliffs and corals of Capri.
